CrossFit is a high-intensity, continually diversified functional movement program. The constant change provides the body with a different stimulus each session, resulting in a steady growth in fitness levels. The functional movements we use are “amplifications” of the large, everyday motions made by a physically active individual. Because many of us work sedentary jobs, CrossFit workouts give a means to stay in shape while moving with force and efficiency.
