Nitin has 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. He is good at functional strength training, weight training, strength training and fat loss PGM. His key skills and competencies include Personal Training, corrective exercise, nutrition planning. Since then he has worked with many members who are looking to lose their body fat, gain lean muscle mass and improve their overall physical performance. He believes that movement is a fundamental human need and as such it should be encouraged in all aspects of one’s life. Through his passion for fitness his aim to spread this message to people from all parts of society so that we may create a better world for ourselves and generations.
